Impeccable
Gives your coding agent a real design vocabulary and a list of the tells it keeps reaching for, so the UI it builds stops looking AI-generated.

About
Impeccable is a design skill for coding agents that teaches them how to build, critique, and refine interfaces instead of falling back on the same generic defaults. You drive it with focused commands like polish, audit, typeset, distill, and colorize, and it checks the result against dozens of named anti-patterns such as AI beige, italic serif display type, and side-tab borders. A live mode lets you pick elements on a running page and steer changes in place, and it can extract or document a design system from what you have already shipped. It is free and Apache 2.0 licensed, works with Claude Code, Codex, Copilot, and other agents, and we use it on this site for most frontend design passes.
Highlights
- Targeted commands for each kind of design pass: polish, audit, typeset, layout, colorize, animate, distill, clarify, and more
- Detects 59 named anti-patterns that agents default to, from AI beige palettes to status-chip soup, before they ship
- Live mode connects to a running page so you can pick an element and steer the change without describing it in prose
- Can extract a design system from an existing build and document it, so later agent work stays consistent with it
- Installs as a Claude Code plugin, a Codex plugin, a Copilot experimental feature, or with one npx command for other agents
- Free and Apache 2.0 licensed, maintained in the open on GitHub by Paul Bakaus
